Suggest Treatment For Muscle Stiffness And Weakness

For over months I ve had episodes where my muscles hurt, feel stiff and weak. It lasts a few days, goes away and returns a few weeks later. I have visited my GP twice, 2 rhuematologists, neurologist and an orthopedic Dr. I was tested for tick borne illness, RA, Lupus, and had a CBC,x-rays andtest for vitamins. All normal, except b12 was 1849. The last episode I had did not completely go away, it left my right leg so weak/stiff I feel like I over exercised with a few muscle twitching here and there. In addition, i m fatigued and notice a slight quiver when I stick out my tongue. ( I purposely looked) I m terrified of Ms or worse als, I m panicking. Can you please offer a perspective? Im due to see the neurologist in 3 weeks.

Myalgia, or muscle pain, is a symptom of many diseases and disorders. The most common causes are the overuse or over-stretching of a muscle or group of muscles. Myalgia without a traumatic history is often due to viral infections. Longer-term myalgias may be indicative of a metabolic myopathy, some nutritional deficiencies or chronic fatigue syndrome.
Muscle stiffness is a symptom seen when muscles cannot move quickly without accompanying pain and/or spasm. Sufferers have to move slowly.
