Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In Biceps And Forearms

I have worsening muscle pain in both biceps, forearms and hands. My doctor so far has only taken ex rays. This has been going on for 10 and getting worse. I take a lot of Benedryl mainly for sleep at night. I take six 25 milligrams each and every night. Could the histamine be the cause of the muscle pain? I have been taking the diphenhydramine for 20 years.
