Suggest Treatment For Multiple Uterine Fibroids

I have multiple fibroids within , outside and within uterine wall. I have been advised by my gynaecologist my 3 options are continue taking noriday oral contraception and transexenic acid. Or option 2 hysterectomy or option 3 a UAE I have terrible bloating, gas & irritable bowel syndrome. I am 41 can diet shrink fibroids my largest is 8cm. I look like I am pregnant I have 1 child aged 19. I wish to avoid hysterectomy if possible. What do you think is my best option ?

All options put forward are correct and in my opinion if you want to avoid a hysterectomy which in my opinion is inevitable at some point in time, you can try the suggested medications. But they will not help significantly, so do speak to your doctor and think about the best and easiest one time way to sort your issue out.
