Suggest Treatment For Multiple Cysts In Right Ovary
I have done sergery of my left oveary bcause of twisted ovarian cyst we check it lab it s and infection .after two months my rt ovary also infected and just I do sonography in that found 12, 13 tiny cyst in periferically arrangement and ecogenic stroma with bulky ovary .what can i do ? Its dengerous i m very worry abt u ? Plz suggest me treatment

First confirm the polycystic ovarian disease by reproductive hormone, insulin level and lipid profile analysis.
Hormonal imbalance/excess androgen suggests polycystic ovarian disease.
You have to consult the gynecologist for proper treatment.
Drugs:
Birth control pill or progesterone pill can be used for 5-6 months for treatment of ovarian cyst.
If not responds to the medical treatment then surgery like ovarian dreeling can be done.
