Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain it seems like you are suffering from Recurrent Apthous Stomatits leading to formation of recurrent Apthous ulcers and can occur due to a number of conditions like deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, physical injury like with sharp teeth or denture wearing, dry mouth, acid reflux, diabetes etc.
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and also advise you to get certain investigations done like blood sugar levels, hemoglobin %,Vitamin b12 levels, evaluating for sharp teeth etc..
Treatment of underlying cause can resolve the problem..
In case of ulcers that do not respond to other treatment are treated with Steroids..
For symptomatic relief from pain you can gargle with numbing mouthwash, take a multivitamin pill daily.
Gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and Vitamin B12.
Soda bi-carb gargles can also help..
Suck ice and do cold water gargles..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
