Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. It is sometimes really distressing for young men like you for the improper hair growth as per your age. Most of the times your kind of problem is commonly encountered. Young men like you who do not have properly grown beard and moustaches are quite concerned and anxious to grow them fully by any means. It can be due to less male hormones called 'testosterone', which would have resulted in delay in development of one or more of attainment of secondary sexual characters. You may require hormone supplementation for it to be overcome. Kindly get your blood checked up for testosterone levels and consult Endocrinologist or Andrologist for clinical examination and appropriate management.
