Suggest Treatment For Mild Sore Throat And Painful Urination

I woke up this morning with a very mild sore throat. Also with painful urination, particularly at the beginning. Urine doesn t look different, normal stream (maybe spraying out a little). As the day has gone on, the sore throat has come and gone and stayed mild. Urination pain may be a little worse. My legs, calves, feet and back (mostly lower having been aching, getting worse as the day has gone on. 1st concern was an STD, but flu symptoms seem like a big coincidence to have at the same time. (No dripping fluid or itching, just mild burn)
