Suggest Treatment For Mild Hepatosplenomegaly

I m 48yrs male, my platelette count remains between70000 to 85000, also suffering from gastritis for last 2yrs with sour stomachfor which ihave been taking pantoprozole,rabprozoe& levosulpride.Ihave recently been also diagonosed mild hepatospleenomegaly with nolmal LFT, so plz advice me.

Your mild hepatosplenomegaly may be due to gastritis or other infections.
your platelets are also low which leads to gastrointestinal infections.
First please consult your physician for ultrasonograghy to find out actual cause of the disease.
Ask him for low platelets also.
If you are alcoholic, than completely stop it.
