Suggest Treatment For Mild Fever

my son is having mild fever since one week ranges from 98.6 f to 101.3 f, shown to gp as well as a pediatrician....he is on antibiotic.....now fever goes down throughout the day..but its occuring early morning since 2-3days.....Is there anything to worry? do we need to conduct any medical tests ? pls guide me

Hi.... Many thanks for consulting in Health Care Magic. I understand by your query that he's already in an antibiotic without blood or urine cultures being done which is not advisable.. I have certain questions for you..
1. When compared to day 1 of fever is he better overall?
2. What are other symptoms other than fever?
