Suggest Treatment For Mild Fever, Headache, Constipation And Bloating

I have been experiencing a low grade fever and headache with constipation over the past two weeks....I am now also experiencing bloating, throbbing in lower abdomen and lower back....I don't currently have a general practice doctor but am wondering if I should seek doctor help

You are concerned about recent change in your bowel habits along with bloating and low grade fever. This is a very common problem and not anything that requires medical attention. This maybe irritable bowel syndrome or gluten intolerance.

I recommend for you:
1. reduce overall stress in your life. Try meditation
2. gluten free diet. Look up on the internet gluten free diets
3. stool softeners like bisacodyl
4. regular exercise

After trying these recommendations you should feel better in about 5-7 days
