Suggest Treatment For Mild Fever And Jaundice In A Child

My daughter aged about 7 yrs suffering from jaundice and found bilirurin-7.9 mug/dl sgpt-283,sgot-370 ten Days ago. She take LIV 52 and paracetamol. Now bilirurin -1.2, sgot-91,sgpt-195,alkaline phosphate-489,ggt-48,lactate dehydrogenase-305,protein-8.5globumin - 4.3,albumin-4.2 and now she take liv52,hepamerz-250mg,viocef-100,bestone-L syrup. However Her body tempt is 100-101 normally.What to do ?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the viral infection then it is very important to differentiate this with A B C virus strength else this is nothing to worry with general care it will be fine soon, anti viral some time can be tried but it need to be given under medical supervision, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
