Suggest Treatment For Mild Chest Pain

I am a 28 yr old female with no known health problems. I started working out this past week doing a lot of upper body stuff. Today I was doing wall ball squats where you throw a 10 lb medicine ball at the wall, catch it, and do a squat & repeat. After awhile I started getting a pain in the center of my chest about 3 inches down from my collarbone. I told my coach and she said to keep going. I did but was slowing way down because everytime I would catch it, it would hurt/stab (and not like I was sore from working out). Finally after awhile I started to become short of breathe and had to stop altogether because I couldn't breathe. This isn't the first time it has happened in the last few years & I have seen a doctor who was of no help.
For added information I am a hair stylist and have my arms up most of the day. I also have silicone gel implants that I got about 3 years ago. I have no idea if there is a connection. Also once in awhile I take a prescription called provigil for Narcolepsy. I don't take it often though because it is a pretty mild case. Please help!

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely because your pain is associated with exercise.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.
1. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
2. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise for 1-2 weeks.
3. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1-2 weeks.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
