Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have mild cardiomyopathy . The type of treatment you'll receive depends on which type of cardiomyopathy you have and how serious it is. Your treatment may include medications, surgically implanted devices or, in severe cases, a heart transplant . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor may order chest X-ray , echocardiogram , treadmill stress test , catheterization , CT scan , and blood tests . Doctor may recommend an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator and septal myectomy along with medication from which your are already taking many .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
