Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headache

Hello, my 21 yr old daughter has been suffering from a migraine attack for the last 2 weeks, she is being tested because this has caused her some kind of silent seizures, that cause her to blank out and when she comes back does not know what she was doing or where she is. The last two test were MRI s of the brain and the Lumbar, of which we were told the brain one came back good. But the Lumbar one did not. Tomorrow I plan to take her to her primary Dr. for the follow up of her test. All test but that one came out good. My question is, could it be possible that a nerve in her lower back be responsible for her migraines and seizures? She has had trouble with her back for a while but they could not find anything till now.
