Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

Migraine is a vascular type of headache that occurs in episodes. The headache occurs in frontal and temporal region of headache and cause significant distress. To prevent that headache you should have good refreshing sleep for at least 7-8 hours a day. Avoid smoking, excess coffee tea as this may aggravate the headache. Use sunglasses while you move out in sun.

Medicines like Sodium Valporate, Amitryptiline etc are very useful in migraine headache. The medicines help to control headache and results in early improvement. To prevent episodes of headache medicines like Propranolol have good efficacy. Your BP is also high and the high BP also aggravate headache. Visit your doctor for evaluation and for prescription of the drugs I have mentioned.

Thanks. Hope this helps you. Take care
