Hi, I get migraines very frequently. Lately they start off as a headache, then I will get a bloody nose & the migraine progresses very quickly. I ve also had recent episodes where I stand up & my head pounds so much more & I can t move for a minute. What s wrong with me?

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
Dear you can use triptans to dominate attacks but I would strongly recommend to start daily treatment as you are suffering frequent attacks
You can use amitryptiline or depachine (or Topamax) or propanolol
Don't worry too much after starting treatment you will be fine and attack frequency will decrease
I would reccomend to schedule a brain MRI if you haven't done one till now just to be sure we aren't missing something
Hope my answer will help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
