Suggest Treatment For Migraine And Severe Stomach Issues

my daughter has been experiencing sever stomach issues for weeks and now appears very red & blotchy with a migraine. No fever. She has not introduced anything new into her diet that would cause an allergic reaction, however any white starch foods / carbs have given her severe diarrhea and stomach pains. She began a gluten free diet in the last 24 hours...

Here first two diagnosis should be confirmed that is migraine and celiac disease. .
Both can have same presentation with gastric issue ...

For celiac disease antiendomysial antibody detection done or endoscopy with biopsy and histopathological examination done to rule out celiac disease ...

Second in migrain unilateral throbbing headache present with intolerance to bright light or loud noise ...

For chronic migraine prophylactic amitryptillin given ...
During severe attack of migraine rizatriptan 5 mg tablet can be given...

So according to cause further detail management can be planned. ..
