dear sir my son 9yrs old boy is suffering from meningomyelocele .he faced three operations. now he could walk but he cant control urine . he is going to school wearing diapers . is there any way in which we could solve this problem.so what can we do for his better future...

I'm sorry to tell you that there is no way to chnage the neurological damage that occurred as a result of your child's myelomenigocoele. there are ways of managing urinary and bowel incontinence other than a diaper as he he gets older which include intermittant self catheterization and regular suppositories.
