Suggest Treatment For Men Sexual Problem

I am 30 y i have face problem of erectile dysfunction premature and all sexually problem .I have taken many medicine but my problem not solve if any medicine tom take and get 100%treat so pls tell me allopathy ,homeopathy, Ayurveda etc please help me thanks rajesh

I have gone through your query.Erectile dysfunction along with premature ejaculation can be of organic cause or psychological.It is better to have an examination with urologist to rule out any organic cause.If that is clear then a behavioral therapy with a psychologist will help you.If that is also not helping then medications like sildenafil and SSRI group drugs like paroxetine or dapoxetine will be helpful.Hope this may help you.
