Hello doctor uncle i am a 19 yrs young boy i have a problem of neck is that when i used to talk with my friend then i unfurtnely i cannot explain what i want to talk over my voice every friend used to laugh and i become say and become sadness i cannot speak what i want to talk with my friend , i talk like a small baby of 3 or 4 yrs like babies talk.
