Good morning sir Last 6 days ago my mother attacked by high blood pressure 210/110 and blood sugar 395 after this she lost her memory.sometime she get her some memory retun again after sometime she forget again.what to do sir now.please help me. Ajay shah Nepal

Hypertension and diabetes increase the risk of stroke which may be the reason for memory loss.
A stroke can be minor or major.

A CT scan brain would show if there is any deficit or lesions present.

Control of her risk factors (blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, smoking if this is an issue), would be important to prevent recurrence.
