Suggest Treatment For Malassezia Folliculitis

I have folliculits of the scalp for 6 years and on majority of my body for 2 years and now an infection of the eyelid. I believe it is malassizia folliculitis. Topicals give little relief. Cortisone makes it worse and prednisone only helps the itch. Doctor won t give me antifungal pills as he doesn t believe in them. I am suffering with the itch and the sores. Benadryl is of no help.
