Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She has lung cancer. you should go for further investigation to know the exact location and spread. She should go for CT scan of chest, MRI brain and bone scan. Treatment depends on type of carcinoma. whether it is small cell carcinoma or non small cell carcinoma. Accordingly chemotherapy and radiotherapy is used.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
