Hi, I have a vertical lump on the right side of where my thyroid is located. I had an ultrasound and it was normal. The lump is still there. Along with the lump I have muscle twitches all over and head heaviness. I have tingling in my face, arms and lower part of my legs. I am having a ct scan of my neck Monday but these symptoms are very bothersome and I am worried. I am a 26 year old female.
