hi , im 13 , african american and im going through puberty and i have a small lump in my right testical and i've had it from the last year at the end of the school smester .. im uncircumsized .. i masturbate alot and im scared to tell my parent about the lump .. it doesnt hurt , but i get s sort of sharp pains in my lower abdomen , my back hurts sometimes and my chest is growing more than my male peers .. i really hope its not cancer
