Suggest Treatment For Lump On Lower Leg

Hi my husband has had a lump on inside calf/shin on left leg. he hit it really hard several months ago. When I first noticed it I took him to doctors because 2 of his toes turned blue. They found no blockage or circulation issues when they ran ultra sound. It s gotten red swollen warm to the touch in last few days, and I was concerned because he was told he was prediabetic. He has to take high blood pressure meds. I have photos of it on my cell phone. He says it s painful. Recently his elbow swelled up, red, and extremely painful. Are these possibly related?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, all the three history may not be correlated with each other like history of trauma, history of pediatric age group hyper tension and swelling it is better to get done the MRI test else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
