Suggest Treatment For Lump In The Throat With Difficulty To Swallow

I can't find any android app that will tell me what's wrong with me u just click q body part... so I was on the phone last night and I started to get a swore throat... but I just thought it was from not having a drink... so I when to sleep and when I woke up this morning... it felt like I had a lump in my mouth/throat I couldn't get out of bed... I was dizzy if I just moved my head... I had a headache... my ear hurt when I swallowed... I couldn't tell if I was hot or cold... my sense of smell is off (everything smells different)... my mum got me a paracetamol and I am feeling well enough to type this but that's it I still can't get up... I am a 19 year old male and I'm just wondering if there's any way to tell what's wrong with me... thankyou for your time.
