ive had pain in my stomach and felt a lump so went to the doctors first they told me i was constipated and to go back in 2 weeks if no better, still no better went back to the docts seen 2 different doctors both confirming that i have a lump in my bowel im so worried im waiting for a scan from the hospital but the pain seems to be spreading after looking at a diagram of the inside of the body the pain appears to be in my upper bowel too i get a lot of pain under my left breast, also when i go for a number 2 it feels like there is something in the way obstructing the poo
