Welcome to health care magic.

.The history and symptoms suggestive of possible lumps and pain in the scrotum.
.The cause could be inflammatory causing the symptoms and thickened chord feeling like a lump.
.In this case i would suggest to get examined and request for an ultrasound examination.
.Ultrasound will exactly assess the source of the lump, its nature, and extensions.
.Testicular condition, blood supply, presence of inflammatory changes within the testis can be found and get treated accordingly. Good luck.
