Suggest Treatment For Lump In Hamstring Caused By An Injury

Hi there, I was kicked by a horse yesterday in my hamstring glut are she had shoes on at first felt like a dead leg took about 3 steps and then I dropped, I can feel a slight lump in my hammy and it is slowly starting to bruise but I think it is quite deep and the brushing probably won t come out for a couple of days...should I go to the doctor?? Also should I go for a walk on the treadmill to losen it up.
