Suggest Treatment For Lump Between Nose And Upper Lip

Hi - 59 year old male. I have a lump between my nose and lip, and frankly I can't figure out exactly where it is - in the area between the outer and inner skin on my face, or in my mouth above the gemlike. I can feel it easily when I touch the area below my right nostril, and it seems to move freely when I press on it. when I push my tongue against the inside of my mouth I can't quite find it. It is a little confusing! The ass has been there for some time, and seems to be getting bigger. I wish I could give a better description of the location!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain a lump between the nose and upper lip that is evident on touching the outside of face seems to be on the skin surface only and not on the gum..
It can be a hair follicle infection or folliculitis while it can also be a sebaceous cyst or an epidermoid cyst or a Lipoma..

The exact diagnosis can be given only after a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations if needed like Biopsy, blood test etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist or a general Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you treatment as per the confirmatory diagnosis..
As of now as there is no pain you need not to take any medicine and just do alternate warm and cool compresses over it..
