Suggest Treatment For Lump Below The Collar Bone

I have a hard lump below my collar bone (left side) and a couple inches off center of chest. I noticed it several months ago. The last 48 to 72 hours it has tripled in size. Now it is about the size of a small marble. It does not hurt. It does not seem to move with the skin. Any advice?

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such lesion could be due to lymph node swelling and it could be abscess formation, it need to be ruled out and for that it may needs clinical examination and investigation till then you can try "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
