Suggest Treatment For Lowering Blood Sugar Levels

hello i am 42 years old and my blood sugar after eating is 198 my physician says im border line diabetic type 2 and gave me 90 days to get it down im testing myself every day most of the time its below 120 but there are days that i have this sweet eating problem like tonight what would be considered a high number that i should visit an emergancy room to be treated or is there even a treatment to get my blood sugar down with a pill or something right away

Good day.
Noted your concern.
You fall in the category of prediabetes. There is no need to take a pill straight away or no need to go to an emergency room now. You just have to avoid high calorie and high carbohydrate diet. Avoid sugary drinks as much as possible.
Do exercise . Reduce weight by atleast 5%.

Please do an HbA1c and a 75 gram Oral glucose tolerence test. This will help to categorize your diabetes status further.
