Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

hello doctor, iv been having lots of pain in my lower back for a while now, but on monday night my back just gave way and the pain was ten out of ten, the pain goes all the way up the left side of my back up to my neck and at the same time my back locks up causing even more pain, also when i try and move i feel grinding and rubbing noises in my lower back aswell the pain also goes round the the sides of my belly. iv been to see my doctor and he has given my three lots of tablets to take which are-diazepam 5mg, tramadol 50mg and ibuprofen400mg, some pain has gone but 80% is still there, i feel i dont have to strength

dont take medicines vaguely by hit n trial method..u first need to find out THE CAUSE whats causing it in the first place...u seems to have PIVD i.e disc prolapse...get a urvent MRI OF LUMBOSACRAL SPINE and send me a copy of ur reports
