Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Since your back pain is not relieved with medication and physiotherapy you need to be investigated with Xray of lumbosacral spine anteroposterior and lateral views to rule out bony abnormalities. There might be instability or minor fracture. Also i would like to advise MRI of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine. MRI gives detail of not only intervertebral disc but also nerve roots and even bone. So visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. Visit expert spine surgeon with report.
