The peristaltic movment of our bowels gradually moves the food down the gastro intestinal tract as it is digested and processed, and ultimately leads to the expulsion of faeces. Your bowel movements have been disturbed, as a result of which the food is unable to move down steadily, thus causing acid reflux and bloating probably with constipation as well. It is related to the IBS that you have mentioned. Constipation can cause low back pain. You will have to regularise your bowel movements if you need to solve your problems. For that you need to take a high fibre diet. Take fibre supplements like isabgol husk daily with dinner. Alternatively, you may take lactulose syrup 2 teaspoonfuls at dinner. Take small but frequent meals. Gradually your bowel habits should return to normal and your back pain would get resolved soon after.
