Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Caused After An Injury

Hi,

I fell at work the other day, and I have been feeling severe pain on my lower back and buttocks since then. I also noticed like some blood stains on my underwear after this happened, as if I was bleeding from my vagina. It's not the first time I have fallen at work, I have tried many muscles rubs and pain killers but none seems to actually work. Do you think it might be more serious than just pain?

Thank you for your advise.
