Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Upper Back Pain

I am a 57 year old nurse with ongoing lower back pain and also issues with my upper back. A few years ago I had an X-ray that showed some narrowing in the L 5. At present I am having a flare up,which have lasted for two weeks. I especially find it hard to get going after sleeping and sitting. Walking seems to loosen it up. I have been taking pain medications now and then; however I am not thrilled about that. Have recently had Physio for tendenitis to my left shoulder. Just wondering what my options are for treatment simply where to start ?

hi, as your memstrauation is stopped body tends to loose calcium,so all these symptoms are mainly due to those.if I was your consulting doctor I would like like to prescribe calcium tablets daily one each and consume foods rich in protein and calcium (like milk, ragi etc).if your are still working u may need to rest and you should not stand for long time your bones are weakening due to calcium loss .kindly take care.
