Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Leg Pain

I m having sciatic pain pain down the outside of my right leg. This is the most painful episode I ve had. It s difficult to straighten up without a lot of pain. This began a couple of days ago with lower back pain, and the sciatica was triggered by kneeling, then rising.

you are sufferring from prolapsed intravetrebral disc leison.
part of the disc between the vetrebra will come out and compressing the nerve root emerging from that perticular space, is resulting in to the sciatic pain rediating to leg.
if it is acute complete bed rest is advisable for atleast 15 days. simply lying in bed in comfortable position.take some analgesic and vit b12 preparation.
if not resolved after 15 days consult spine specialist for invesive treatment.
