Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Along With Constipation

I have been constipated and having a pain in the lower left portion of my back for several months now. This pain is only there when I am constipated. Which can last from 1 to 2 days at the most. Ive been to my doctor and have had X-rays, blood work, urine & fecal tests. Could this be a problem with my colon

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the case of constipation then it may not be due to any colon disease, and it can be well managed with drinking more water, have some fiber diet, keep regular habit of going for defecation no need to be over conscious if you do not pass the stool for couple of days, Isabgol can be tried hope this information helps.
