Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain After Knee Replacement Surgery

I had my left knee totally replaced January 2014. it took me over a month to even use a walker i have swelling with minimul activity can not sit or stand to long can not do stairs without holdong a rail and using right leg first. i am now experiencing pain that shoots up the back of my left thigh also have left hip and low back pain. my orthopedic said my xrays and everything else looks fine although he said my knee is weak. my knee is more than weak i feel there is something wrong. i am unable to work let alone do normal activity. my ortho thinks i need to get aplan and go back to work but there is clearly something wrong. not sure what to do

after surgery there may come back pain issue since the body weight is transfer to back. all you need to do is get the physiotherapy done meanwhile do hot fomentation for 10-15 mins on your back, gluteal muscle squeez(buttock squeez ) exercises, knee isometrics and wear a back support while walking, keep a pillow or cushion under your knees in lying position.
