Suggest Treatment For Lower Back And Ribs Pain

I went to the doctor today because my right side and lower back under my ribs hurt. I got a CAT scan done and they said it was nothing wrong but they also did blood test can take my uring everything came back negative. it hurts so bad to the point where I m in tears. when I laugh and when I tried to breathe it hurts when I walk in when I try to bend over or to even move over. I want to get a second opinion. I m thinking about going back to the hospital tomorrow.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Your symptoms suggest towards possibility of disc prolapse with nerve root compression which cannot be well diagnosed with ct scan of spine. I would suggest mri of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine. MRI gives detail information about status of disc and nerve roots. So please go to nearby radiology centre and ask for mri. If it's normal you need not to worry. If report shows disc prolapse consult spine surgeon nearby you.
