Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

HI I have been suffering with really bad lopwer abdo pain now for over a week. I sometimes find it hard to move and somedays can't even get out of bed because of the pain. I have been vomiting blood now for 3 days and its not getting any better. Any ideas as to what it could be?

* Seems to be definite pathology ranging from Acute erosive Gastritis ,
Bleeding Duodenal ulcer, Portal Hypertension and many more.
