welcome to hcm,
lower abdominal pain assosicated with urination is a symptom of URINARY TRACT INFECTION or (UTI)
it is advised to take large amounts of fluids and water.
some may even require antibiotics for the infection to settle.
antispasmodics may be needed for relieving the pain.
as antibiotics and antispasmodics are prescription based drugs i want to discuss these things with your treating physician
hope this explains.
with regards
Dr.Amarnath
