Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

I have a pain in the lower right abdomen 2 inches below belly button and 1 inch to the right from there. It hurts when I try to get up. It hurts when I try to lift my legs up with back laying flat on ground. If I sneeze or cough it hurts. I just got done lifting truck batteries after I felt this feeling and it did not hurt at all. Doing a plank does not hurt but a 1 handed plank does.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that due to heavy lifting there might be having recti muscles strain and spasm producing this type of pain.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
Apply some muscle relaxant medicine on affected part.
give rest to the affected part.
Ok and take care.
