Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain, Fever And Headache

Hello, I ve been having unusual bouts of lower abdominal pain sometimes associated with slight fever and aching spine/head. I never had diarrhea or constipation. Bowel movements are regular and I rarely force (push). However, lately, after eating large amounts of popped corn, my abdomen ached in spastic intervals and kept me up all night. After passing normal looking stool twice this morning, the pain is not acute or intense but rather a dull lingering discomfort.

Hi, a lingering lower abdominal pain could be an appendicitis. Please get a sonography done to rule it out--regards
