Suggest Treatment For Low Testosterone Levels And Gynecomastia

Hi, I have high AST, ALT and GGT levels and low testosterone levels.
My stomach and my male breast are growing daily, although i dont eat huge amounts. I have a kidney stone and a gallstone.
I get on and off pains in my underarms and my inner upper thigh area, near my crotch.
I don't drink or smoke.
Thanks in advance for your advice

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
High liver enzymes can be a cause of low testosterone level, but in these cases other pathologies should be excluded.
I would recommend to check:
-Prolactine level at 8.00 a.m
-SHBG
-TSH
The treatment will depend on the cause.
if high prolactine level is confirmed, the normalization of prolactine will stabilize the low testosterone.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
