Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear service user,
Thank you for writing to healthcaremaic.
I understand that you are facing lack of sexual attraction or decreased libido after being treated for psychiatric illness.
Decreased libido is one of the symptom of psychiatric illness like depression and some anxiety disorders.
It may be caused by adverse effect of some antidepressant and anti psychotic medicines (Quetiapine is antipsychotic medicine).
I recommend you to discuss this problem with your treating psychiatrist who will assist you to find out reason for this problem in your case.
There are medications which are 'sexual safe' means have no adverse effect on sexual function. One can switch over to other options if needed.
I hope this will help you.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Wish you good health.
