Suggest Treatment For Low Platelet Count In An Infant

My baby is 8months old. She was suffering with fever sinc last three days. Her platelet count was 148000 on the first day and decreased to 143000 on the next day. The very next day it has fallen to 82000. Temperature is 102-105. After two hours the platelets dropped down to 62000. I m worried , please help out sir

Based on your description, it appears that your child could be suffering from Dengue fever as the presentation is with high grade fever with decreasing trend of platelet count.
Your child needs to be further investigated for Dengue test and requires admission in a hospital for further management.
