Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Having a low serum creatinine is normal and not of any concern. The creatinine is a toxic product which is constantly washed out of the body by kidneys. There are also urine creatinine levels measured and this is done only when the serum creatinine is high. Essentially having low serum creatinine means that your kidneys are functioning well and you do not have toxic matter accumulating in your system. The same way liver controls bilirubin which is end product of meatabloism of hemoglobin in the liver. Having a low bilirubin level means that your liver is also working properly. Please do not worry.
